Our Job Shop can work with you to help fill your apprenticeship vacancies, by providing access to a pool of work-ready individuals, some of whom are part-qualified in your industry.
We will advertise your vacancy, both locally via our Job Shop and nationally through the National Apprenticeship Service’s vacancy matching system.
This service is FREE when you offer your new employee further on-the-job training through Central Sussex College. Government funding and grants to support the cost of training your new staff can be secured (subject to eligibility) with the help of our experienced Skills Advisers.
Apprenticeships can also be undertaken by existing members of staff - we can assist you in finding the right training route for your employees, depending on their current level of qualifications and experience.
