University Centre

The University Centre at Central Sussex College works in partnership with the University of Chichester. Its aim, through a flexible and diverse range of higher education courses, is to support you in achieving your full potential and to provide you with new opportunities to help you progress with both your career and personal development.

By working in partnership with a well-established local universitiy you can be assured that our qualifications are delivered to the highest standards and have equivalence with those attained at university. Many are validated by our University Centre partners or other local universities.

Our university level courses cover a diverse range of sectors, and feature qualifications at Level 4 and above including Foundation Degrees and Higher National Diplomas amongst others. They provide you with the opportunity to develop a high standard of expertise and a firm foundation for the next stage of your academic and professional career. Whether you’re an employee wishing to excel in your career, an Advanced Apprentice taking your skills still further or an A-Level student looking to continue your studies locally, the University Centre at Central Sussex College allows you to achieve all the benefits of studying a higher education course whilst minimising the associated costs.

The College already has an excellent track record for delivering higher education training in areas such as engineering, computing, childcare and teaching, as well as across a range of professional and vocational courses such as human resources, management, purchasing and health & social care.

Our Higher Education and Professional Development prospectus will show you what our students say about studying here, and why you should take your learning to the next level with us. It will also tell you about the excellent student support we offer, as well as providing details of the superb facilities available to support both your studies and student life.
