Burgess Hill Campus

Our Burgess Hill Campus was opened in January 2004 at Victoria Business Centre and has recently undergone a comprehensive refit to provide training in solar thermal and solar photovoltaic installation and maintenance, to enable local construction workers to meet the new qualification standards of competency and comply with current legislation.  Further developments will see the delivery of heat source pumps, rain water harvesting and the use of small scale wind turbines which will be available in early autumn. These developments are helping Central Sussex College provide training which meets the government’s sustainability agenda.

In addition, the campus supports 14 to 16 year olds from local schools undertaking training Building Crafts Occupations, as well as providing motor vehicle workshops, gas and OFTEC oil training facilities.

The campus is easily reached by road and is less than a mile from Burgess Hill railway station and town centre, which boasts a range of shops and eating places.
