For many of us, the current economic climate is causing unique pressures that you may not feel equipped to deal with such as redundancy. A recession can be a time of great stress and you may find yourself out of work or ill-equipped to adapt to the current job market.

Central Sussex College’s Reach programme can help you gain new employability skills, feel more confident to apply for jobs and gain industry qualifications that may be a prerequisite of a particular job.

• If you are over 18 years old, are unemployed and claiming Job Seekers allowance, you could join our Reach programme. Please contact your local Job Centre for further information about our courses.
• If you are about to be made redundant or are under notice of redundancy, you too could join our Reach programme.
• If you’re an employer making redundancies, the College can provide free support to your employees
