Unemployed? About to be made redundant?
The College's 'Reach Programme' can help with a FREE training and support package!

The one day Induction programme is designed to help you get your career back on track, and is personalised to give you the opportunity to update your current skills, improve your chances at interview and build your confidence.
Once you have completed the Induction programme, you will have the opportunity to join a work-related short course (duration from 2 to 8 weeks) free of charge, which is also extended to those who have been unemployed for six months or more.
We will also register you with the College Job Shop where you will receive support searching for a job including access to local job vacancies, as well as further information, advice and guidance on your employability skills.
Call us on 01293 453506 or 442320 to find out more about the programme and to book an appointment (available Thursdays 1-4pm and Fridays 9.30am-12.30pm) at the Crawley Advice Shop in the County Mall.
Alternatively you can visit the Crawley Advice Shop in the County Mall on a Thursday afternoon or Friday morning to speak to a College Adviser.
Find out how the Reach programme has played an important part in restoring the confidence of two local men. Read Steve's story and Julian's story.
Employer making redundancies?

The scheme is open to those under threat of redundancy or those who are newly redundant - we will work with your employees to update their skills, build their confidence and prepare them for interviews.
