If you need to cancel a course booking within two weeks of the course date, if a substitute delegate cannot be provided, then the full fee will be charged. For cancellations made between two and four working weeks of the course date, if a substitute delegate cannot be provided, then a 75% fee will be charged. For cancellations over four working weeks of the course date, there is no charge. The College reserves the right to cancel a course at any time prior to the planned date, in which case a full refund will be offered.
