IT USER:
NVQ Level 2: The following mandatory unit will be covered:
- Make selective use of IT
Candidates then choose further optional units to include word processing, databases and spreadsheets
NVQ Level 3: The following mandatory unit will be covered:
- Make selective use of IT
Candidates then choose further optional units to include design, production and use of software and electronic communication.
SERVICES and DEVELOPMENT
NVQ Level 2: The following mandatory unit will be covered:
- Develop personal & organisational effectiveness
- Health & Safety
Candidates then choose further optional units to include maintenance, support and testing.
