Qualification: Level 3 Diploma in IT User Skills (ITQ Advanced Apprentice) or Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence.

Level 3 Diploma in ICT Systems and Principles, required for those undertaking the ICT Professional Competence Advanced Apprenticeship route.

Functional Skills in Mathematics and English at Level 2. ICT at Level 2 is required for those undertaking the ICT Professional Competence Advanced Apprenticeship route.

Employees Rights and Responsibilities (ERR).

Duration: 1 year

Venue: Crawley Campus, College Road, Crawley West Sussex, RH10 1NR

Start Date: Flexible start dates throughout the year

Suitable For: Suitable for individuals who carry out an IT role in the workplace on a day-to-day basis

Course Content:

The mandatory units of the Level 3 Diploma in IT User Skills are:

- Improving Productivity Using IT
- Understanding the Potential of IT
- Developing personal and team effectiveness using IT

Candidates will then choose further optional units.

The mandatory units of the Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence are:

- Health and safety in ICT and Contact Centres
- Develop personal and organisational effectiveness
- Customer care
- Interpersonal and written communication

Candidates will then choose further optional units.
