Our licensed training restaurant has earned an enviable reputation for its friendly atmosphere and exceptional standards. Here you can enjoy a café service on a Friday, a comprehensive table d’hôte lunch menu on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, three course dinner on Tuesday evenings and a Bistro on Thursday evenings, all offering great value for money. Christmas lunches are particularly popular, with many customers booking months in advance to secure a table. This year, Christmas lunches will be served from 2nd December for two weeks so book early to avoid disappointment!

Le Cordon Vert will be open from Tuesday 28th September at the following times:
For Coffee
- Fridays, from 8.30am - 11am: Café Service including bacon rolls, coffee and cakes
For Lunch
- Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays, from 12pm-2.45pm: choose from a set menu, 3 courses for £10pp or 2 courses for £6.50pp (last orders at 1.15pm)
- Fridays from 11am - 2pm: Café Service with baguettes, jacket potatoes, salads, soups etc (last orders 1.30pm)
For Dinner
- Tuesdays from 6pm - 9.15pm: Three course themed set menu at £15.95pp (last orders at 7.15pm)
- Thursdays from 5pm-8pm: The bistro, items individually priced (from 5pm, last orders 7pm)
