Corporation Members - Alan Morris

Alan is a newly elected member of the Central Sussex Corporation, having joined on 12th October, 2006.

He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. In the past he has worked for Tate and Lyle, Exxon and the Royal Bank of Canada as well as being Finance Director and then Managing Director of Simmons and Simmons. Currently Alan is the Director of Performance Improvement Consulting at the Gatwick office of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Alan is a member of Central Sussex College's Curriculem, Quality and Standards Committee.

Alongside his other commitments, Alan is a Governor of Waterfield School in Crawley and a member of the Audit Committee at Sir George Monoux College in Walthamstow. He is also a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Drapers. In his spare time Alan enjoys amateur dramatics and clay pigeon shooting.
