Students cook up a festive treat!

No, this isn't a sneak preview of Christmas elves inside Santa's workshop, this is in fact first year 14-16 and full-time Level 1 Catering students hard at work making the hundreds of Christmas Puddings that are currently on sale at the Crawley campus.

In what has become a tradition over recent years, the homemade puddings are available from Le Cordon Vert, which has just been awarded the maximum of five stars in Crawley Borough Council's 'Scores on the Doors' food hygiene rating system for the second time.

Quantities are limited, but the delicious deserts are currently available at a cost of £4.75 for a one pound pudding and we have it on good authority that they are absolutely delicious! Drop into the Crawley campus to get yours or call 01293 442335 between 10am and 3pm for more details.
