Fast track to a bright future
12/03/2010

Last year's Fast Track event was a huge success
Now in its twelfth year, Fast Track is one of the town's biggest skills and careers events, giving local businesses and national organisations the opportunity to share information and advice about what they're looking for in their future workforce.
School children from across the county and members of the public will be able to find out what skills they need to reach their dream job, get hints and tips for success in the workplace and discover more about career options at the Town Centre Partnership's annual showcase event.
Fast Track is taking place at K2 Leisure Centre in Crawley on Thursday 25th March from 3.30pm to 7.30pm. Entry is free to all, so whether you're a student wanting to learn more about career options for the future and the skills you'll need to succeed, or you're an adult looking for a career change or progression, Fast Track is the ideal opportunity to talk to employers and find out more.
Exhibitors will include the Army, Crawley Borough Council, Central Sussex College, Debenhams, Elekta, Gatwick Airport Ltd, HSBC Bank UK, Ifield Park Care Home, Jobcentre Plus, NHS Trust South East Coast and Sussex Police.
Visitors will also have the chance to get CV advice and interview techniques, find out more about psychometric testing, watch a fitness demonstration and lots more besides!
Although there is no need to pre-book, visitors who do pre-register can skip the queue and enter a draw to win an ipod nano.
