Wednesday 3 February marked day three of Apprenticeship Week, the theme of which was 'Ambition.' To celebrate, a group of 11 First year apprentices joined chef tutor Mark Russell to deliver freshly baked pasties, pastries and pancake rolls to a group of hungry local reporters.
